Yes — order the smallest quantity of the product you are considering. For bulk orders we can print a single sample before the full run; ask on the bulk orders page.

Yes. Every price on the site includes GST, and you get a proper tax invoice with your GSTIN if you add one at checkout.

It depends on the product: PDF or Word for document prints, a high-resolution PNG or vector file for t-shirts and hoodies, and the original photo from your phone or camera for mugs, frames and personalised photos. Each product page lists what it accepts.

Our prepress team checks every file. If something would print badly we email you with the reason and you upload a corrected file from your account — nothing is printed until it is right.

We do not offer full design, but small fixes like resizing or adding bleed are usually free. Write to us before ordering.

Printing takes 2–3 working days, then 2–6 working days for delivery depending on your pincode. The estimate is shown at checkout.
