Cancellation & Refund

You can cancel an order yourself from your account until printing starts — that is, while it is still Placed, Artwork review or Needs new artwork.

Refunds

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of cancellation.

Printed orders

Because every item is printed to your design, we cannot take back correctly printed orders. If something arrives damaged or does not match your approved file, send us photos within 48 hours and we will reprint it.
